Process

How we work with clients.

A predictable path from first conversation to production and beyond — designed so you always know what happens next.

  1. 01

    Introduction & discovery

We start with a conversation to understand your business, the problem, the users and the outcome you actually need — no rigid script, just the questions that matter.

  2. 02

    Scoping & proposal

The conversation becomes a written scope: deliverables, milestones, team shape, timeline and a transparent commercial proposal. No surprises later.

  3. 03

    Architecture & solution design

Before we build, we design. Data model, system boundaries, security posture, integrations and — where relevant — the on-chain and off-chain trade-offs.

  4. 04

    Iterative delivery

Short cycles with working software at the end of each one, regular demos and a shared backlog. You see progress continuously rather than at the end.

  5. 05

    QA, security & handover

Automated tests, code review, security review and — for on-chain work — dedicated smart-contract review. Handover includes documentation your team can actually use.

  6. 06

    Ongoing maintenance & support

After launch we can stay on for maintenance, monitoring, incident response and continuous improvement — or hand over cleanly to your internal team.

How we collaborate

Six operating principles.

  • Transparent communication

Shared trackers, regular written updates and direct access to the engineers doing the work.

  • Dedicated delivery capacity

We commit the people your project actually needs, allocated properly, so momentum never depends on one person's calendar.

  • Async-friendly collaboration

We work across time zones and structure the work so progress does not stall waiting for a meeting.

  • Milestone-based invoicing

Commercials tied to deliverables and milestones rather than opaque hours.

  • IP & confidentiality

You own the code and the data. NDA-first engagements are the default.

  • Own the outcome

Success is measured by whether the product works for your users, not by hours booked against a ticket.

Let's start with a conversation.
